Oliver was a bad and "all-over-the-place" PM and deserved to be fired. But Paul wasn´t doing really anything except complaining about his team and he sold nothing compared to others, so he should have been in the firing line too.

I agree about Alana i was actually rooting for her hoping she'd pull out all the stops . especially after the last time where she was left lost for words because sugar felt she was drifting into the background , Alana handled the job as Project manager ,
Mukai has annoyed me a little at times.
Oliver had no chance he just wasn't the right choice for Project manager despite his manufacturing skills , everyone pushed him around and he was very timid it was awkward to watch
and who in their right mind thinks salt and flipping vinegar is a good choice of sweet flavouring!!! ohh lord
