This actually happened to me once! Except it was $50 instead of 50 pounds because I'm an American. I asked "Excuse me, did anyone drop some money?" A man claimed it and gave me $2 as a thank you for giving it back to him. But I did feel good that I did the right thing.


Edit: Wow, I just read the other answers and I'm shocked! Don't you people have any morals? How'd you like it if you dropped 50 pounds and the person who found it decided just to keep it?
