Default Is hallucination normal?

I have been seeing things..

figures in the dark, or anywhere really, its like shapes, and distortions of the real world.. like it's hard to explain..

when its dark i see ACTUAL shapes moving and i think something is going to bump into me, even if there is little light in the room, like blurry shapes moving fast around the room, or lil specs of light,

when its light i see random things, for example say i am looking at a roof, the roof will wobble slightly, sometimes i feel like i'm going to fall because the ground seems to move, and i also get scared people are following me all the time, I can't stay near windows because i feel i'm being watched..

I KNOW i sound like ive gone mad, but nobody would describe me as mad. I am normal i am just seeing these things..

Any idea what it could be? I don't want to go to the doctors, they would just laugh! I don't take drugs or anything.. I'm underweight but like being skinny would make me hallucinate. Maybe i should.. write to dear dierdre lol?

How would seeing things be a result of your ear?

Are they like little black or white blotches floating around when you lie down or jerk your head? If they are then it is perfectly normal, your retina gets rid of dead cells like skin does so it creates an illusion when the cells float over your pupil it looks as if it is some weird object when it in actually on your eye. Happens some people a lot or it may never happen others.

Your ears are responsible for balance so if your balance is affected too you may want to get your ears checked out by a GP.

Ooooh interesting!

I have heard this before about the eyes, but mine are a bit more intense, but IT COULD be that.. especially when its dark.. the blurs seem so real i feel i could touch them, and i panic and turn the light on..

But yeah it could really be that!

It is to do with balance and that can effect eyesight too, the shapes you are seeing are eye periphery. Press the side of your eye with a finger to see what i mean

HAHAHA! i do eat carrots! Raw ones! All the time! ><

and yeah i see it VERY slightly when i press my eye, but i reckon mine must be a dramatic case, as the things i see seem soo real, i have to look for a long time before i realise there not.. or move around the room too look from a different point of view, although my eyesight seems fine.

Maybe i should clean my ears and get some eyedrops! :P x
