I thought I'd make this to hear everyone's ideas in one big thread, I made a thread last night hearing what you lot thought should not be removed from the show, now this is the opposite it's what should be added to the show.


Now think honestly,
If Richard Desmond or any member from C5 came on these forums [and if BB12 does happen, I can assure you a C5 member will come on here, we won't know it though] and they wanted you to give them some ideas for what you think as a Big Brother fan, should be added to the series or to the format.

You can pick on any subject from the Advertising Campaign, Graphics, Presenters, Spin Offs, House, Housemates, Evictions, CBB, Public Interaction etc etc

You may think this is a long shot now, but it has happened before I mean like I said a member could come on here in a few months time from C5, Won't say a word.. will scan this thread and a few others for ideas and then give them to the rest of the team.

So here's you chance to say what you want changed or added to Big Brother.

Agreed. Yeah daily highlights need to be shown on the internet website. And BBLB on everday for half an hour. BBBM should be on once a week after an eviction. Or twice a week if there are two evictions.. etc..

1) HUGE advertising campaign. But it needs to be ambiguous. Like closeups of the new eye start appearing all over the country and after the eye is revealed all the billboards are altered to reveal the new eye as well as the launch date.

2) Cut the spin offs. No one watches them, seriously.

3) Revamp the whole series, i.e Brand new house. We need a massive change, a new house would bring that. Not a must but it would be interesting.

4) A really new and fresh launch night twist. Something inventive and shocking this time.

5) Vote to save.

6) And finally, I want the production team to actually listen to fans.

This is how I would like them to re-market it:

-Start off with a fresher, young cast. Nobody older than 26 unless there are needed exceptions. Pick people that are eager and excited and looking to have fun.
-Cast outrageous party personalities and dramatic people.
-Have Emma Willis as the fresh and young new host.
-Make the house very big, open and communal so the housemates have less places to "hide"
-Make each eviction a vote to save.
-Have an 'open bar' that will be closed during the day but open at nights on often occasions, where there is an almost unlimited supply of alcohol.
-More physically demanding and challenging tasks with good prizes.

And possibly....
-Make the format like Big Brother Brazil (A BB US and BB UK hybrid). Have a Head of House competition where the winner gets their own private bedroom and other luxuries, and gets to choose 1 housemate to personally nominate for eviction while the housemates vote to choose the other nominated housemates.
-Have 'Power of Veto/Immunity' competition like in BB11 but where other housemates beside those nominated also get to compete.

Agree with that, last year was terrible for it. Shabby demanding her own personal space, horrible little wench. Also Ben and co would spend hours in the nest talking about exactly the same thing. It totally divded the group

More things i've thought of :

7) Reintroduce the Power of Veto & Head of House roles but with American style rules. I.e every week there is a different HoH and they nominate one person. The rest of the house nominates a second person. The two who are nominated then compete in a task for the PoV and can choose someone else instead of themselves to be nominated.

8) One large open planned house, ideally like BB6 or 7. But add some places for the HM's to bitch like the nest or the loft.

9) Davina as a presenter. Failing that Emma from BBLB.

10) Eatock eye. This shouldn't even have to be on a list actually but whatever..
