I used to use spray but find roll-on lasts longer and you don't choke on the fumes.

I love Lynx Africa, I love the smell of most of the Lynx sprays, particularly Lynx tempest although I'm not even sure they make that one anymore

I use both, orf more accurately whatever is on special offer in whatever shop I'm buying my deodorant.
