Tony Stonem's younger sister Effy (Kaya Scodelario) and her best friend Pandora (Lisa Backwell) will be the only existing cast members to appear in the third series next year.

The new additions to the girls' lineup are Katie and Emily, twins with contrasting personalities, and the idealistic Naomi.

The boys are comprised of the charismatic Cook (Jack O'Connell), skateboarding stoner Freddie, magician J.J., and Thomas, who struggles to settle in the UK after arriving from Congo.

Harry Enfield, Morwenna Banks and Geoffrey Hughes will return for guest appearances, along with new guest stars Scott Mills, Mackenzie Crook, Sally Phillips and James Fleet.

Skins returns to E4 for a ten-episode run in January.

This series will either make or break Skins I think. Does anybody know where the pictures of the new cast can be seen?

I think that Effy and Pandora will be alot like Tony and Sid tbh. I hope they don't just do direct copying from last series.

Im worried that its not going to be the same without all of the old characters but even if they did bring them back it would still be rubbish because Chris is dead now.. ahh i hope its good ive never been that keen on Effy tbh! Will be interesting to see the twins though

LOVED the storyline last season where Cassie went to NYC. Also, I think the new characters look good. But Omg, I will miss the old gang.

imagine the people watching skins in america ( they shown it there )
and say they typed "skins chris" into youtube the list goes down with stuff like "skins chris death" "skins chris funeral" they would be like OH GOD!
