I'm old enough to remember 8 moths ago when Boris said he already agreed his oven ready deal.

And I'm definitely old enough to remember this.

Every single aspect of project fear is project truth, and crazies still trying to convince themselves they knew what they voted for, and that Boris even wants a deal.

That's been his only interest really.

He was one who made one of the strongest arguments FOR the EU.
Then he saw a career opportunity from the folly of Cameron and went on the other side.

A side he used to get control of enough in his Party to eventually lead it within a little over 2 years.

Then his deceit and lies on his so called oven ready deal, in the last election.
Which sadly enough although NOT the majority of voters fell for.

He's achieved the titles he coveted in his career, he was London Mayor, Foreign secretary, ( one of the worst ever in my view), then Con leader and Prime Minister, winning an ejection under this now discredited electoral system, of a handsome majority.

Really it's likely downhill for him now.
So the star, a very dark star sadly his was, will more or less just keep fading now.

He's got all he wanted in the last decade.

He thankfully cannot ascend to be the Monarch so if he wants to retire gracefully on a high, I hope he'll do it.
Because to me, he is the worst PM this Nation has had for his endless deceit and blatant lies even.
His uncompromising control attitude he has.

Now, he may yet realise his gift back for winning the leadership of the Con party to the extreme elements of his party re Europe.
As in a no deal brexit or really poor deal.

Leaving the Nation and leading the Nation into even more of a disaster.

However as you say, goal achieved yet all on minority votes in an election result.
Sitting there with a heavy overall majority with 56% of voters not voting for his party.
Mind you the system has stunk for over a decade.
Labour won in 2005 with a 58 overall majority with over 60% of voters voting against it then.

What a total horrendous mess our whole political structure is in.

exactly, and what a timing now too with the coronacrisis, and no economic support for britain from EU either, because each EU nation can count on support from a covid-aidpackage

Britain is on its own, and counting on support from US, no cannot see that one happening either, since US needs to protect its own economy

Coronavirus is responsible for our incompetent government forcing a no-deal and killing our rights? You're not stupid, so don't patronise yourself.

Covid has nothing to do with these rights being taken away that were promised never would be. This was all project fear. It's project truth, and rather than you accepting it, you've gone all Trumpian on about a china virus that has fcuk all to do with brexit.

So it's forced a no deal onto us? You're not making any sense and just looking for anything to blame the failed promises of brexit on. Will you admit that was was promised is the opposite of what we have? Be honest.

So explain how brexit has been affected by covid, in terms of negotiations and results. No more 3 word replies, and will you admit that what was promised is the opposite of where we are?

There isn't a deal around that will achieve what was promised. Do you accept that?

Why did you vote for brexit?
