I just find it obnoxious and the majority of guys who walk around like it are the arrogant type anyway so it's more out of vanity than wanting to cool down anyway imo

having your boobs out isn't the same thing anyway.. boobs are a womans private and they cover them up with bras.... Men don't have private parts on their body only below... Seeing people having their bodys out is no different than seeing people in a swimming pool.. you see so many bodys there
