Ok I'm enjoying this episode but wtf @ over half the episode being over and NOW we're getting into the triple eviction HOH

- Dre & William out... that's so good. This is almost too good to be true after Demetres & Ika were safe and then Kevin/Dillon were possibly going home.

Wow that was really good. Maybe not as eventful as the last one but these triple evictions are pretty action packed. They need to make this a yearly thing.

I am actually DISTRAUGHT. Karen is my favourite but the idea of a Dre/William final 2 was amazing and for a very long time actually a plausible concept.

I was reeeeeeeeeeally hoping William would get the last laugh in the whole William/Kevin thing but unfortunately Kevin is actually a bottom 5 BBCan houseguest so ugh whatever.

And the fact they were evicted over DILLON of all people makes the icing on the cake even more bitter.

Well it was Karen and Dillon's decision with Demetres, and they didn't pay for it as they went from the final 8 to the final 5. Had they got rid of Ika they probably would have been nominated by Demetres and likely evicted with it being a triple eviction

Dre didn't want to keep Ika - she left.
William didn't want to keep Ika but went with the numbers - he left

Kevin had no vote [he was nominated]

I think one of Dre/William was likely to go whatever as they were basically a strong duo.

Didn't really like the way the triple eviction was done anyway, stupid just having one vote to evict two people, throws too many weeks away in one moment.

They were depending a lot on Demetres or Dillon winning HoH. But really keeping a duo in is dangerous.

The most annoying thing in the episode was probably that stupid audience cheering, I bet they've completely bought into that showmance.

When its Emmet/Jillian or Neda/Jon or Zach/Ashleigh or Jared/Kelsey people that study and are good at competitions I'd agree. But Ika is like Nikki in her abiltiy at challenges and is not really a threat at all for a competition win. It's a duo numbers wise, but Demetres has won 6 competitions and Ika has won 0, so it's probably less scary.

Apart from Ika somehow managing to survive (lol <3) and William being evicted, everything else was trash. I didn't mind Jackie but Dre being evicted over DILLON of all people and Kevin still being alive winning POV when he should've gone home outweigh the pros

Yeah, he's gotten a great lovable edit. Although it's not even the edit at this point, he's been pretty great on feeds for a while now too. Even though I liked Emily more than Dillon back then I now almost feel like Emily was actually the bad seed between the two. His nasty attitude & behavior has like completely gone away since she left and a lot of that (for example when I think to the gummy bears incident) was instigated by Emily.

Idk he used to be pretty annoying to me around the beginning. I don't really know if he's just grown on me as like a goof type or if he's actually changed much.

I always preferred Dillon to Demetres (who is deadly dull). But I also preferred the Emily showmance to the deadly dull Ika one. Emily was just much better than Ika. If anyone is the bad seed this season it's Ika. Dillon siding wth Demetres I didn't like, both because of what's happened this season and Ika. It's a real shame that the newbies (I guess led by Karen) just wouldn't accept Jackie and just let her float into no-man's land.

Dre/William/Jackie leaving Kevin still being in I'm kinda pleased that Ika is still in (and surprised) but I've gone off her a lot in the last few episodes so I'm hoping she redeems herself because right now it's only really Karen and Demetres I'm rooting for.

It didn't come across like that to me, Ika insulted Jackie's hair and Jackie insulted Ika's hair, it was just a silly tit for tat argument rather than her insinuating anything like superiority imo, I don't think it's enough to label her as a racist.

That's kind of how I saw it? It was tit for tat response to Ika's initially (jarring) comment, but I don't think it was said with the intention of being racially offensive, although it certainly was ignorant.

Yeah I think ignorant is right, which doesn't always = racist, it just depends on context. Like if she'd have been bitching about Ika and started insulting her 'unnatural hair' for seemingly no reason then maybe it would come across differently, but it was more like an off-the-cuff 'how can I insult Ika's hair since she just insulted mine' type of thing, but yeah, ignorant to the possible connotations of it perhaps. Intent's important.
