Part of me thinks she was actually meant to be killed off but John Yorke changed her exit so she left alive because this whole plot is a mess.

I get what they're trying to do, JWB and Max picking the Beale's off and leaving Kathy vulnerable.

But it's written so bloody horribly.

It makes no sense that she'd leave Stacey a voicemail and then move on and make no further attempt to tell anyone about Max?

She even said to him herself last week, he's not a bloody Kray! It's Max, a bloody car salesman.
