I don't care for Amanda or Alesha but my point is it works, it's been a constant for six years and the ratings haven't freefallen like X Factor's have

It's weird to think that Simon's catastrophic gamble in pissing off to America with Cheryl was actually the catalyst for the decline. The show had just had two peak series, and they thought it'd be a great idea to replace 3/4 of a winning panel things have never recovered since and they've tried and failed to limit the damage but have actually accelerated it
