Is it true that tea is the best thing to drink when you're thirsty in a heatwave NOT water? I heard that.

Yeah I mean hot drinks in general are better during heatwaves they say. They even out your bodies water levels somehow with like sweat and hydration

Milk is mainly made from water though. Coconut milk because the water comes from the tree and cows milk is 87% water made from the cows own water supply which comes from eating grass, and you guessed it, drinking water!

3-5 bottles a day... rarely drink much else anymore other than usually milk in the morning.
Need something healthy to wash down all the sodium in American food

NOTHING wrong with plain milk it's good!
And I actually usually drink 2% reduced fat milk rather than whole milk
