Default Heathrow Airport Expansion Halted by Appeal Judges




[Phase One - by 2026
The new runway is expected to be completed
and opened by 2026.
New hotels and offices will start to be built,
as well as a multi-storey car park
at Terminal Four, and
Colnbrook Railhead freight line will be realigned.]

Not a hope, we are still waiting for the Elizabeth line ....and they are talking about moving the M25 to accommodate this...

they are going to route the M25 into a tunnel under the new runway. That alone won't be finished in the time frame .... thats a huge tunnel in both length and width. Cloud cuckoo land

So much for reducing our carbon footprint. We all try to reduce single use plastic, recycle etc. and meanwhile, they're building another runway.
