Do you have any odd habits or quirks

I have mild ocd which amplifies my odd habits lol

Just some of them..

I can only eat with a certain fork/s I actually have 2, one stays at home and no one else is allowed to use it ever and the other comes with me.

My tv volume has to be at 23 or if it has to be higher or lower it must be an odd number.

I have a thing about symmetry, if I notice things that are misaligned, uneven etc it makes me feel anxious and uncomfortable .

I have a routine on weekdays that I stick to as much as I possibly can, if something happens that stops me from doing my normal routine then again it makes me anxious and uncomfortable.

I have a thing with taps/doors/fridges etc. Especially if I’m home alone, I check them multiple times before going to bed.

I hate it when people unplug electrical items but don't.flick the switch off, I walk round the house, my office and anywhere really flicking switches

I am sure if you asked my nearest and dearest they would say I am as batty as a fruit cake, with loads of quirks etc.
Myself I think my biggest quirk is that I don’t actually give a flip and life in general flies over my head.
I did suck my thumb for many decades, from babyhood until the day my dad died.

I also have mild ocd but it was a lot worse when I was around 17-18.

I have the air vents in my car all facing a certain way.

The volume on the stereo or TV must be on an even number.

When I go to bed, I look at the clock and the second hand must be on an even number when I turn the light off.

There is probably a lot more than this

Probably not "odd" but I randomly get bad with nails/even fingertip biting I don't even really think it's a nerves thing just something I get used to and constantly keep doing without realizing it once I start.

Opposite of Josy's volume one... the volume HAS to be at an even number or it drives me crazy.

I’m the same but with plugs. I’ll go around before bed literally pointing at turned off plugs just so I know they’re off.

I’m awful for nail biting too, but I have awful panic disorder so that doesn’t help matters. They seem to be not so bad at the moment though.

When my panic/anxiety is very bad I have this obsession with looking out of the window if someone walks past talking or if a car stops. I guess that’s like subconscious fear or something from the disorder.

One “odd” thing I do that a friend pointed out to me is that I never eat burgers out of my hands, I eat them with a knife and fork like you would most other meals.

I like all coat hangers facing the same way , pictures have to be symmetric and I am the same with plugs as most are on here I have to pull them out and switch off when I go to bed or out , oh and I wont leave the dishwasher or washing machine on while I am out.
