Default Is the big brother 9 house a little disapointing?

Yes it is, I expected something so much better than this. I cannot see how this is the biggest house yet, it seems to be the same size as the BB7 one.
I just think the designers wanted to make the most disturbing house ever but it's the weirdest and tasteless thing I have ever seen IMO.

There is not enough in the way of shattered glass in the beds

Going by the pictures the house looks great, possibly the best ever. Looking foward to seeing it more on launch night.

How do you know there aren't rooms we haven't seen yet? Example- the second bedroom.

So far it's far from being the biggest house, that's what I am saying. I'm still disappointed with it and I cannot see how can people find if amazing. I mean it looks tacky and tasteless with too many angles, dark colours and weird furnitures. The same reasons I hated the BB7 house.

I think people are getting tacky mixed up with modern and "out there".

It's the big brother house...they aren't ever going to have tope carpets with brown leather seating (taste)...the house is always meant to be a mind****, and this year they went all out. Good Things: Backyard & Ash Tray, Blingin Bathroom, Kitchen, DR/Entrance. I'm interested to see the jail and where a lot of these confusing doors lead to as well.

There's plenty to look forward to. Plus, the house always looks different on the show so I'll wait until then to be disappointed.

i dont think we have seen enough of the house to come up with the conclusion of it being disapointing or not, but i think so far so good although i have to question if it is the biggest house so far

The biggest problem areas for me are the bedroom and bathroom.

I'm going to make my final judgement on the house after I've seen the tour and how it looks on TV.

I think the house is disgusting! I know for a fact it will never grow on me. The textures and sparkling colours on the walls for a start... just NO. The there are all the stupid angular or bubble frames around everything. The jagged walls would look good, but they've been clad in velvet and laminate. All the colours in the garden clash and make it look horrible, when the space could have effectively looked very nice. There are no WOW factors, just lots of nauseating textures, patterns, colours and shapes.

The kitchen looks strange and I don't like the colours. The worktops go back way to far and generally it looks a mess and shoved in.

There was obviously some designers block in the bedroom. Bung a few lockers here and some cactuses there and stuff in a few Ikea beds. The bathroom, although just finished looks like its been there for years. It's extremely dated, and doesn't look anything like an RnB stars bathroom (You'll know if you watch Cribz lol)

Finally the sofa's in the living room. What was the designer thinking! He's made such a mess of this house!

I don't think it's disgusting but hideous, just like the serbian house. Basically I do agree with everything you said.
We always agree as far as the houses are concerned.

Ps: I finally found a proper houseplan for the BB8 Germany House lol If you want to get it, tell me. It's not the one from the Official Website.
