Of course we had no problem at all before 1997 did we? It was all like a fairytale up until that point wasn't it? No war, no recession ...

Labour have done a hell of a lot for this country no matter where its flaws are

They have every right to blame the sysytem and the banks...Brown is doing his best to get out of this mess, with a global solution. Everyone needs to get on board with it or it'll fail and the recession will probably be even more devastating. If France and Germany have got any sense they will stop fannying about and agree to what Brown and Obama are saying!

PS There are NO easy answers! (And the other parties havent got any. The Tories are all wishy washy bullshiners)

PPS Lets be thankful Labour/Brown are in power at this time....thank ***** is what I say!

Regarding the Man who Died, aged 47,
SkyNews reported, just now ,
that "he was running from Police Dogs
and tripped and banged his head"

Believe it or not, the Daily Star have found a new low to sink too today in their front page coverage, completely taking a quote from Russell Brand out of context.

Their front page story is basically "As one man died during the G20 protests yesterday, publicity hungry Russell Brand described the event as "beautiful"."

Obviously that quote came from around midday when Sky News talked to a very reluctant Russell Brand (he was trying to avoid talking to them).

Of Course the Star enjoy
making Brand the Rebal.
I am sure he can handle that, infact,
knowing how he works he could bring that paper up
on his next series.
He wanted to be there.

Thats their problem they're in debt and have no job, not Brown's.

There are so many jobs going (although the media decide not to tell us because it doesn't fit in with the "everyone will be unemployed by this time next year" agenda), and they chosen to become students when that isn't even necessary.

Why are people ******** on all the protesters? Only a small handful of the muppets were violent.

Also, I cant believe someone was honest to god thick stupid enough to blame people for not being able to find jobs in a recession.

From what a mate of mine tells me it's almost a constant state of bate and switch. Vacancies come, yes, but they are snapped in an instant, and thus the cycle continues. Obviously some people really cant find jobs. I know indirectly of two people who are pretty much nomands without much of a direction or place to stay now because they simply cant find a job. Many cant. Im sure many can but to blanket it into somehow saying ''you cant blame it on the recession'' is damn well insulting to those who really have been affected by it.

Russell Brand is a cock.

Riot police get power-mad too easily.

The G20 protesters peed me off considerably - why complain about job loss and recession by spending a day protesting pointlessly and trying to affect other peoples work-days... why didn't they spend the time looking for a job or something.

Also - poor man that died. I watched the video and he isn't even a g20 protester - he was walking home from work with his hands in his pockets when the policeman threw him down. For his families sake, I hope his death gets justice.
