the joe is now going to feed,
the ingredients in this poem are vital, so please read.
currently we are told half the population are over weight,
so lets bring in scientist to add to this plate.
they recommend 400 calories for men and 320 calories for lady's we can add,

most of the population are educated to a jeremy kyle qualification,
so for the news to report "eat more" is not a education.
this is very irresponsible and weight will rise,
because these people will gladly eat more and not heed the bit about more exercise.
