Getting into the bb house with a police record

Was talking to a mate about this today, he has a record from years ago for fighting, would he be able to go into the house as i cannot see any rule stating otherwise, i say yes and he says no.. anybody actually know 100%

not automatically disqualify you from consideration, but any decisions made will be entirely at the
discretion of Channel 4 and Endemol UK

So yep you can get in with a police record.
