How long before the event starts do they send the tickets? :( I ordered my tickets October 30th and they haven't been dispatched last time I checked. I just went onto check now and it's not working it says...

"There was a problem processing your request.
We apologise for any inconvenience.

Ahhh :( whats happening? The event is in March by the way but my friend who phoned up the venue place has his tickets already, I'm just worrying my tickets aren't gonna come!

Yep, was payed for the same day. It's in my statement it's been paid for and I have the ORDER number... just can't view if my tickets are there/been dispatched.

In my events, Lady Gaga is still there.

I think yous should be okay becuase you've payed for them, try again tomorrow and if it still gives you the same response ring up customer care and quote your order number, thats what mys ister did for her XF tickets and she got them the following week.

She was the same, she was afraid she wont get to see her beloved Jedward, bear in mind she's 30 :joker::joker:

Yeah but make sure you get onto them tomorrow though just in case their is a problem but you have the order number so should be fine!

i ordered my oxegen tickets last year on the ticketmaster website and didnt get them till like 5 days before

That happened me the year before, had money ready to buy them of touts on Parnell Street just in case...:joker:

I'll phone them up and ask them if it's possible to send them early so I can keep them safe.

Wll i got my paramore tickets from there last year, and they came like 4 weeks before. But the site did say it could take until just 5 days before the event for you to get the tickets.

Getting my R. Kelly tickets from there tomorrow. Hope they come early and not 5 days before :(

Yeah I never noticed that disclaimer they have on the website until it happened to me, apparently its been in use for years now...

I know... 5 days before the event sucks.

I'm off all week and staying in a hotel, the event is on Wednesday which means I'll get them Friday.

LOL it sucks having to wait, and i always start worrying 5 weeks before the gig if they haven't came yet:P
I got my You Me At Six tickets from seetickets though so hopefully they might come soon.
