I'm I the only one who found the whole thing very unexciting, and disappointing? I'd much have preferred a recorded episode clean-cut ending to such a big storyline.

Yeah lol they were showing like celebrities like from 'This morning' and stuff giving shout outs to the show and then Corrie started singing the theme tune in the Rovers lol

Same it does make people abit more excited to see the ratings too just to see which got more on a certain night, I love when it comes to the BSA and your sitting there like really hoping your favourite soap wins lol

Awesome

Another thing about the rivalry is it will get both of the soaps trying to grab more ratings with more exciting storylines xD

It was nice of them to do that:). When EE repays the favour for the 50th Corrie anniversary then the Corrie fans can't accuse EE of being jealous or having sour grapes etc:rolleyes:;):p.

Shame Corrie has a sore loser like the awful Seantony Cotton Tully in their ranks:joker:.

Apparently between the time it was actually on (because it overan), it got an average of 15.7m during the 32 minutes. Then add all the Sky+ and everythingh.. the officials will see an average of about 16m+ with a peak of 18m officially i reckon.

Fact- Last night was the most watched EE episode since November 2003.
