I can't make it either. Thats why I don't like it and it makes me think of raw eggs
Had breakfast in bed served by daughter (first time I had let her do it and she was well chuffed!)
Then cheese and onion toastie for lunch and roast chicken/potatoes etc for dinner followed by Rocky road pie :D

Ive had no chocolate or crisps for 2 weeks now ( :bored: )
that will only slow down your metabolism and make your body store fats. You'd be better off eating 3 meals a day but cutting out bread and fatty foods

Not if you eat the right foods, when you don't eat much your body stores more because it doesn't know when it'll get food again (that's not the scientific terminology :joker:) so if you ate say a low fat cereal for breakfast, rice cakes or something for lunch and fish or grilled chicken with a salad for dinner, they're not foods that you'll put on weight with but it will help your body to process foods faster

lmao, you don't feel hungry because your stomach shrinks the less you eat. I hate breakfast, I never feel like eating in the morning but I always force myself to eat a bowl of readybrek before I go to work

buy a box of readybrek its easy to make and easy to eat first thing in the morning cos I know where you're coming from with not feeling like food in the morning. Also, I want to lose some weight before the summer as well, so I haven't eaten bread in 2 weeks and I lost 6 pounds so far

buy a box of readybrek its easy to make and easy to eat first thing in the morning cos I know where you're coming from with not feeling like food in the morning. Also, I want to lose some weight before the summer as well, so I haven't eaten bread in 2 weeks and I lost 6 pounds so far
