View Full Version : Hollyoaks titles debut on Monday [Now up]

Hollyoaks' new opening titles will have their screen premiere next week, it has been announced.

Programme makers Lime Pictures today confirmed to DS that fans will be able to see the soap's new look for the first time on Monday, in the show's usual 6.30pm slot on Channel 4.

Speaking of the news, Hollyoaks' series producer Paul Marquess commented: "We're very excited about the new titles that the viewers will see on Channel 4 on Monday. They're glossy, contemporary and very Hollyoaks.

"We're sorry to the fans who have been waiting to see them, but they've taken a while to perfect. I'm very happy with them and I hope that the fans like the new-look show."

Although viewers will have to wait until Monday to see the new sequence in full, two official pictures have been released which offer a sneak peek. Both feature Jennifer Metcalfe, better known as Mercedes Fisher on the drama.

They look quite good, I'm thankful they didn't go with the ones we saw pictures of before now. I'm not sure I like the new arrangement of the theme tune though at the moment.

Tbh the only good things about hollyoaks is the title sequence and the fit girls.

Wow I wasnt too thrilled about getting new titles as I liked what we had but I love the new one!!!

Jaz and Brendon's parts are great.

Haven't watched Hollyoaks in ages but watched the titles earlier. The new theme reminds me of Skins. Quite like the graphics.

This,except Desperate Housewives promos have taste this looks like it was thought up by katie price,it just goes with the shows bad acting.

I like them:blush:, makes sense leaving Cindy out since she'll be leaving at some point but returning so will be added when she returns..

The cast is too big so that may be why there aren't a few more people who we expected to see on the titles are not on it..
