EastEnders superbitch Janine Malloy will try to kill her husband Ryan in a shock new storyline, reports have revealed today.
The Albert Square schemer - played by Charlie Brooks - targets Ryan in a dramatic act of revenge after growing furious over the amount of time he is spending with his baby daughter Lily and the child's mother Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner), according to The Sun.
It is thought that the twisted blonde's plot to murder Ryan will see her crush up pills into his food to poison him, just weeks after their recent wedding. However, whether her plan will be successful is currently unclear.
Speaking of the storyline, a show source told the newspaper: "Janine is Walford's best bitch, so of course when she realises she may lose Ryan - the one thing she really loves - she sets about plotting her revenge."
Janine previously killed her first husband Barry by pushing him off a cliff in 2004 - but the new plot marks a new low for the Walford villain.
"When she killed Barry it wasn't premeditated, but this is planned in cold blood," the insider added. "She is a truly twisted character."
The new storyline is expected to air in the run-up to Christmas.
