I would like to hope I'm not jainxing it so that she is infact dead, but I genuinely think she may still be alive, they just find her unconcious or whatever...

I thought this week has been a bit of a disappointment really, they built it up to be a lot bigger then it was. I don't watch the E4 episodes but judging by the end of the C4 episode it looks like tommorow's and Friday's episodes are just about the aftermath. Good episodes but they've been ruined by the over vigorous promotion really.

Yeah agreed, Malachy and Amy are both leaving the show anyway so it will be dissapointing if thats the end of it.

yeah she was gonna die of the cancer anyway, but she basically sacrificed her life as she had saved Amy and the kids, so was very sad :bawling:

Because I stopped watching as it had got so crap, I tuned in recently & I hardly recognised anyone in it... Or were they all axed?? Sorry if you like the show but I'm entitled to my opinion that it is rubbish...

Of course you are, I wasn't trying to be rude. Just curious how you came about your opinion if you haven't watched it in a while. It really feels like a different show since Paul Marquess came on board.

Hollyoaks was in a really bad place 6 months ago, if you're comments are based on that, then I agree with you, however it really is turning around these days.

Hollyoaks is much better then it was in the Lucy Allan days, A lot of characters have gone true, but in most cases I think we'd seen all they had to offer. I think most of the new characters are quite a triumph.

The latest I've seen are for Tue or Wed night where they report 1.4 million viewers for that episode.

Which didn't work on me as I tried to avoid this weeks fire spoilers. Typical, I would have enjoyed the red herrings they threw about.

The ratings is brill news and well deserved Paul Marquess has done a great job with the show , and IMO is the best soap at the moment

I don't think I could get back into watching it now to be honest, like I said there are too many characters in it now that I have no idea who they are!
It seems the show has had so many 'new starts', hopefully this will be the one to turn it round for good...

Well theres been quite a few axings but also a few actors have left on their own accord, the new characters were introduced too quick which is a criticism I have.. they should have been introduced slowly so people got to know them but they are settling in:).

Things are improving and the last couple of weeks were the official episodes of the new producer and a revamp behind the scenes with writers etc helped;).

I appreciate what's being said however, I didn't feel the rush of new characters too much, I was just grateful something was happening.

I did ask myself how much longer would I be tuning in 6 months ago. I ca say that I am really pleased I stuck with the show as I'm absolutely loving it now.

I thought the batch of students, Dave, Josh, India & Charlotte were a poor mix when compared to those before them. It's a telling point when the next thing they are all axed. I wonder how India stayed on, maybe the story involving her Grandad & Cindy played a part in this, but what now of the character ?

Charlotte was interesting during the whole Sarah & Lydia story, but lacked any substance ever since those days.
