Decided to read the Kelly Rowland one because Ive been looking forward to it for a while
anyway i couldn't get past the first sentence
let me tell you something shaun
when Destinys Child split up and Kelly became successful, people weren't surprised that 2 members had become successful because 2 members hadn't become successful.
I for one was more surprised that Kelly had become the breakaway star and Beyonce was doing nothing.
then i decided to skip to the end and then i see motivation as an avoid, it one of the best songs of the year so far!!!

Bought the album yesterday, going to see them in Glasgow next month.

I really like them, and yeah you can't deny there is an Oasis/Liam Gallagher influence in there, but that isn't always a bad thing. Arrogance can be looked at as a positive thing, if you want to be a original frontman then you've got to have some arrogance, Liam is re-knowned for it.

'Darling Buds of May' is a crackin' tune, I think they really do the business when playing live though from what I've heard, they aren't so much a studio band. There's a lot more edge to every song when playing live, also they do all their gigs/concerts with a female backing singer alongside them which makes it sound a lot better IMO.

Ceremonials is a grower of an album I thought, I was underwhelmed with it at first but after a few listens it hit me. It's not as good as Lungs but I thought it was good in it's own right.

I might just be disappointed because I was so into Lungs... but I wouldn't say any of Ceremonials was a "5 star" song (except maybe What the Water Gave Me). I struggle to hum any of the tunes or quote any of its lyrics, and vocally she was more unbearable

I think Ceremonials is very much like Lungs - half of it is fantastic with amazing vocals and sounds and the other half not necessarily bad just very forgettable.

The good stuff is that high standard to carry both albums as extremely credible.
