Deffinetly, nothing like a disaster on soaps, even if I despise them

Yes but I feel abit sorry for Corrie.

They've went all out with this and stuff, and Eastenders' 25th got more attention and press and more people talking than this which is a shame because this is something I personally have never seen before and it'd be good to have more people talking about it offline and stuff.

But anyways,

I'll be watching alright.

Probably just that week though.

Erm the other day you were saying that Corrie was being over the top with all the advertising & press promotion it was getting of the 50th anniversary & that EastEnders got hardly any... Make your mind up!

And where exactly did EastEnders get more attention than Corrie is getting now? In your school playground?? :joker:

I never watch Corrie, but I watched that guy drive Gail etc into the canal and I wanna watch this. I watch only the 'big' episodes of things, watche the recent live ep of EE and the sky diving Hollyoaks one. I used to watch EE religiously but stopped after Kat/Alfie went [/lifestory]

I don't think an actress as big as Barbara Knox (in soap land) would leave the show and no one know about it before hand. Also they've lost a big Corrie classic in Jack Duckworth, losing a 2nd one so close to each other doesn't feel right.

That said though, I can't be sure.......

That's because they're also called trams :3

ooh

Its just a train that runs through the streets as well as along a track. They're allover Manchester City Centre, they come out of nowhere and almost run you over

big pic below

Scarlett.

That pic is one of the old trams (funnily it could be the one they use in Corrie as they've taken an old tram and put the new look on it) this is what they look like now

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/c/c4/M5000_at_Shudehill.JPG

Also, they're called the Metrolink, but in Corrie it will be called "Politanlink"

A tram is pretty much a slow electronic train
