I opened this thread trying to think who I would say is the best ever Corrie character and I tell you this, it's not all that easy to highlight one character.

My initial thoughts were with Ivy Tilsley, Blanche Hunt, Bet Lynch, Hilda Ogden.

Although short lived I would throw in Karen McDonald, Tracy Barlow and David Platt

I've been watching the 'Stars' DVD and all these specials they are showing and she always turns up reminding us of how great her character was to the Street.
