AND GOMIE JUST LEFT THERE? OH GOD. I lost my **** at that point alone. I knew Hank and he were gonna die because some dick spoiled it on Tumblr, but ugggggggh.

I'm so pleased Anna Gunn won best supporting actress the other day because the past few episodes she's been incredible. I'd love to see Marie's actress get recognised too... my heart aches for her. Hank was my favourite character of the whole show, all series. I can just tell there're loads of Hank/Gomez slashfic writers out there probably cutting themselves :joker:

Anyway... Jesse getting caught... the optimist in me hopes that the end of the episode will result in Walt coming back and rescuing him but that'd be just too gung-ho, surely? But him escaping the feds again after his old business partner denounced him on TV... what else is there for him to go AWOL and do? He'll probably try to take Jesse out, find out where he is, kill them (again, how!? LOL) and I dunno... but I'm excited.

Small thoughts:
- Ed the extractor. GENIUS casting, since he's got a similar job in the film Jackie Brown, which is probably my favourite movie :love: Only been in it 2/3 episodes but I love him already (probably out of a lack of loveable characters). Was a bit disheartened when he only stayed to talk to Walt for money though :(

- Saul <3 Not much to say really... love the guy.
- Huell being tricked by Hank/Gomez/Jesse :worship: what a guy. Love him.
- Andrea :'(
- Flynn's been pretty badass too... oh god the knife fight :worship: and Walt abducting Holly :bored:

I don't really have a lot else to say other than this is killing me and I'm going to have a long and bitter life now where nothing on TV will match up. And that I've done a complete 180 on wanting Walt to die... now I like him again. The whole taking the fall re: Skyler (as much as I like her, she was an accomplice) thing, trying to get Hank saved stuff... obviously, small fodder in a long line of his evilness and stupidity, but at least it was an improvement on poisoning kids. There's not really a lot for me to root for in the finale... other than the deaths of Todd and his buddies. Seriously Samuel you said he was one of the ones you liked? Jesus, man.

Something will probably come of that scene a few episodes ago when Marie was speaking to her counselor and mentioned poisoning Walt and then was like "I'd never do it, but it makes me feel good to think about it." It's a bit like The Wire in that every single detail in every scene means something, so I doubt it'd just be a scene thrown in to get Marie some extra screentime.

Walt went and got the ricin from his home too in one of the flashforwards, I don't think he would poison her though. Maybe he will use it on himself and therefores dies of poisoning and gives that scene meaning.. Although he would probably just give himself a much quicker and less painful death than poison if he was doing it himself

A Florida man who won a contest to watch the final episode of the drama Breaking Bad has been charged with drug possession.

Ryan Lee Carroll was arrested for possessing a synthetic narcotic and a controlled substance without a prescription.

Police refused to say whether the drug was methamphetamine - manufactured by the protagonist of the show.

Another man, James Lee Allen, was also arrested on the same charges.

Mr Carroll also faces a misdemeanour charge of keeping a shop or vehicle for dangerous drugs.

In September last year, he was the envy of many when he won a contest to watch the series finale with the cast at a private party in Los Angeles.

The competition was sponsored by Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul who played methamphetamine (meth) producer and user Jesse Pinkman.

At the time, Mr Carroll, a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, said the show was "highly addicting, just like the meth they make."

The critically acclaimed drama followed the life of Walter White (Bryan Cranston), a high school chemistry teacher who is diagnosed with terminal cancer.

Finished watching the show tonight, had been sceptical but it has proved just as good as everyone said it was, amazing series, I'm annoyed I've finished it now lol

Even though season 4 and 5 were probably the most gripping it did make me miss the good old days of Walt and Jesse out cooking in the van, those were simpler times. At least Jesse survived and Walt died, season 5 sorta turned me against him when he killed Mike who was the best character on the show, along with Hank and Saul.

A lot of people said they were upset Walt died and even cried. I was actually glad he died at the end tbh. :P

It was an emotional ending, but I see your point :laugh: he was an idiot and desperate, and made evil decisions, but I think that's going to be a long debate years after it's finished and that's what makes it such a great programme and him a great character.

I admit I cried in the finale, but moreso just because it was ending, lol

Walt needed to die and how he died was just perfect, i couldn't fault one thing about how they ended it. I was just glad Jesse survived

Amazing so far. i think a few things are abit of a stretch(Gus walking out of that explosion,Walt actually being able to poison the kid and Gus getting Spidey sense and knowing there was a bomb under his car etc. On the whole though it is awesome and the final few episodes to a season always deliver in a big way. I'll wait to finish the whole thing before jumping on the "As good as Sopranos or Wire" status that is with the show.

Holy ****, it's about to go down. Just finished Ep.13. This show man. This ****ing show. I'm changing allegiance all the time.


Was backing Walt at first, then it was Hank then I wanted Mike to kill Walt and become empire king, then Hank again and now Firmly Team Walt now...or just not for him to go down this way anyway. He either gets away or die. Being arrested is a no go. Jesse needs to die now though,which is a shame as I liked him, but you can't be a part of the life he lived, do everythign he done and make all that money from it, just to then go to the DEA. He's got annoying with the Woe is me **** too. Don't think he will die though. My prediction is Hank and the other officer are killed and Walt pleads with the Nazi boys not to kill Jesse so he is saved in the end.

Tbh, as much as everyone rightfully hates Walt.....you almost have to root for an all time great TV Character. Same happened with Tony Soprano or The Barksdale gang.

I know he didn't always make the best decisions but everything he did was originally done for the right reasons!

Walt in the phone scene :worship:... Also when he told Jesse he watched his Junkie GF die as Jesse was about to be took away. Ice cold **** :laugh:. Jesse probably survives though as he hasn't been killed yet. His cooking skills have saved him from being a rat. Walt going all Scarface and blazing the Nazi base will be amazing.

It's a long long time since i watched it but wasn't Jessie's GF the dark-haired one from '2 Broke Girls' or am i mistaken ?

The Badger and Skinny Pete scenes are some of the best scenes in the whole show i reckon, particularly Skinny P!!!! Love the guy so much!!!!:laugh:

I also remember Season 1 being strange towards the end when it originally aired because that Hollywood writers strike happened and put the Season on hold for a bit.
A bit of interesting info about that. Apparently during what would have originally been episode 9 of Season 1 Jessie was going to get killed off. The strike cut the Season off early at Episode 7 and by the time the strike had been sorted out and the show returned for Season 2 Vince Gilligan had changed his mind (and the whole storyline!) and Jessie was kept alive!
Imagine how different the whole show would have been without Jessie! So although it was annoying as hell at the time the Writer's Strike was probably the making of Breaking Bad as we know it!:laugh:

I'm excited about 'Better Call Saul' starting too!!! I think it's still not starting until early 2015 though.
It's set six years before Breaking Bad and Saul isn't even Saul yet when it starts. He's still going under his real name and apparently the show is about his transformation into Saul and the whole World we see him living in in BB.
Mike is going to feature in it heavily apparently, which is good to hear!
I know it's never going to replace Breaking Bad but i'm hopefull that it'll be a good show in its own right.:thumbs:

Not too sure what to think of the ending (I knew he died, that was the only spoiler i'd seen for the entire 5 series) but idk if I'm happy with it, brilliant show, but yeah bit iffy on the ending :laugh:

I love when that happens Josy.... It is difficult to avoid spoilers on a huge show, but not impossible. I managed to avoid HP spoilers and read all 7 books a few years ago. Not sure how I managed that lol
