I'm so ****ing fed up of Russell. I'm rooting for Rob to win of the two.

CBS wants Russell to win so badly, it's out of control. But I don't give a ****, Russell is the best so I'm rooting for him.

He will own all of the other players who seem to be boring and generic. A boring nice cute All-American cast. Yawn.

I started hating Russell on Samoa. I hated him even more on Heroes vs. Villains, so there's a pretty good chance that I'll hate him even more on Survivor: Redemption Island. I can't wait.

The past 4 seasons 3 have had Russel in.

I think the producers thought they'd hit the jackpot with the whole Rob Vs Russell thing and giving them a bunch of pawns to their disposal, but frankly I'd say over 70% of fans would just like a good cast without any gimmicks.

Well, that was interesting. Francesca was one of my early favourite yet she's voted off on week 1 lmao
Russell would better be smart this time, I mean, smarter than the usual because yes, these new casts are completely clueless and dumb yet they think he's a threat and won't wait as long as the others season to want to get rid of him.

So my favourites are Russell (obviously), Ralph (that farmer is EPIC) and Stephanie (she's that girl, you feel me ?). The rest are all the same: young, blonde, useless and dumb.

By the way I've been hearing that Jeff is trying to stir the pot a little bit on a celeb edition in an interview with Ryan Seacrest on Ryan's Radio Show i think he was talking to him about it "If you we're offered a chance on survivor with other celebs like Niel Patrick Harris & Jimmy Fallon will you do it if it was a 7 days season?" or something along the lines like that. Does anyone belive that CBS will actually go through with it? Would they actually find A listers and B lister that are willing to do this? Kinda worked with Jimmie. (If this needs to go in another thread I'm sorry wasn't too sure to put in a new thread in case it is just rumors)

I really hope Russell can alter his strategy enuf to win this time. I'm a huge Russell fan. He's the MASTER at this game, at least in term of getting to the end. Can he fix his social game, which has been his only weakness? We'll see.

And that guy that claims to be a "former federal agent" (whatever that means) is really annoying me. He needs to go next plzzz.

My favourite season was fan's vs. favs (Parvati is MY QUEEN), so i don't mind having past survivors back at all. I think it adds a great dimension to it. I don't think it gives anyone an advantage, because the past survivors are under more pressure and are bigger targets, but they also have more experience, so it balances out.

Does anybody else think Rob's Angels made a bad move voting out Matt? He was stupidly loyal and one of their strongest members. Now they lost 2 allies (Matt AND Andrea) and have a weaker tribe. The move made little sense to me.

First of all I was really glad Matt made it I was sure he was going out, especially the way he hurt his foot on the part that he needed for the challenge.

And it’s great they merged. But I wasn't fond of the whole jesus talk, I guess it’s interesting to see how they view stuff.

Loved the challenge for individual immunity, it looked simple but seemed really tough. And Natalie won, she seems cool.

Lastly Matt is soo ****ing dumb, I’m glad he got sent back to Redemption, he may look like a Lord of Dogtown but he plays Survivor like a real amateur, anyway I’m starting to like Rob for the first time this season. And I’m supporting Natalie to win :D

MM&I I'd recommend Survivor China (15, my favourite season) or Gabon (17) to start off with [I know you prefer more recent series of things otherwise I'd recommend Pearl Islands (7) or Panama (12)]

Rob has won this easily now.

He needs to survive 1 more vote off and then use the hidden immunity idol and he's in the final. Stupid Omet's they should have gone with the last Zapa's to vote him off then they could have stood a chance. Oh well having said that Rob is the only one who actually deserves to win, these guys have been useless this season.

Matt also kinda deserves to win but he's not played the game, he's just clung on and survived really. He hasn't outwitted anybody. If Matt or a Zapa from RI get to the final 3 then they'll win hands down, however I don't see that happening because any person/people who return from RI back into the game will just be voted off straight away (given that they don't win immunity)

What I'd like to see... Rob winning or somebody to return from RI and win all the immunities and get to the final 3. If the latter happens at least the whole concept of RI will prove successful and not a huge waste of time.

I've a got a huge "déjà vu" feeling from the season. Nothing has been original or creative, just the old same blindsides and strategy moves. Even Redemption Island is wack.
