How many times have they redone Dev's shop? The till's been in every single corner it could be lol.

I think it's time they made it just a whole row of houses with the pub at the end. A bit ridiculous there'd be a newsagents and a corner shop that close together in a small area where business is pretty scarce. New house with new tenants.

It looks like they've ditched the whole "Corner Shop" routine and its now a mini-supermarket, they're even selling pet food and toiletries now xD

I like the exterior too, it doesn't look to follow a specific colour routine, and the pattern in the windows is what you see in any modern shop

In Dev's but yeah your probably right I think it's a swipe card machine. Just from a distance it looked like a self scanner to me, would be cool for the soaps to follow trend with them but then you would lose the over the counter gossip etc. from the shopkeeper and the customer so I can see why they wouldn't want to.

Probably too small for something like that. I've never seen one in anything other than a supermarket

Alf Roberts had a 'mini-supermarket' yonks ago... Alf's Mini Mart.

It's a shame they have not been more radical with the new sets, they look very bland (especially The Kabin) they could have gone for a much better & bigger overhaul... :sleep:

Well they could have completely changed the layout, especially the Kabin & made that look more modern... It all looks quite cheap too...
