The flat door, by rights should lead into the bookies, but there isnt even a door there in the bookies, and the entrance door to the flat is around the other side :p

Well the exterior set is much smaller than would allow for the flat anyway (where are the bedrooms & bathroom supposed to be?!) & also the windows at the side should be in Peter & Leanne's kitchen, but there are none... But most of the Corrie sets are much smaller on the outside than the interior sets...

When the Bookies used to be an unused set they used the side door, but when they brought in the Masons, they built the extention at the other side, also the Bookies became an exterior set (ie the indoor set is actually on the outdoor set)

It still isn't feasibly possible for the flat upstairs to be as big as it is though, it would only fit in the main living area that is shown. I remember that when I went to the Granada studios in the 90's the bookies was just a fake frontage, with a garden shed behind the door :joker:

The flat's door goes up to the living room which has an open plan kitchen. Theres no window in the kitchen
