His character still had mileage in him, at least he fits the cast unlike who may be the new landlady at the Rovers.

Well,you are right to say that although I would have had an already street resident become the Landlady of the Rovers had I been writing it.

I never liked whats-her-name when she was Cindy Beale,so I am very ulikely to take to her in Corrie.

Just watched a bit of her on one of my Brothers old recordings of Eastenders,I don't like her acting,it will grate in Corrie I think.
Sort of glad the character Todd is coming back though,could stir things up and make Gail even more miserable.

Thank god for that. Just read more about it and apparently the bland Violet and Jamie are back for it aswell.
