He's far from stroppy. He's actually very calm and I think he thinks of himself as a philosopher. He's one of the greatest chefs of all time.

I think Marco would make a great housemate, shame that he' only there for the task.

Have you ever been anywhere near a kitchen like Harvey's? Have you any idea how fast paced, strenuous the long hours are and how precise every component of the restaurant needs to be in order to meet the standards required?
