You have probably spent your 500 quota. You can probably use your votes on the next BB. Or incase it is a glitch, try accessing your account via a proxy, and maybe it will allow you to use them then?

You're only allowed 500 votes per account so I'm guessing you've maxed out. Don't think these votes are transferrable to another account, which is a pity.
