View Full Version : MAN this season is reminding me of BB7 so far.

A cast made mostly of models a wannabes. Lots of pretty horny people all pairing off. A wierd guy (just swap torrets for acting). A couple almost forming within the first day. An exclusive club that is choosen half by the HM's and half by producers that are safe from eviction.

Now it obviously doesn't have a Shabaz, nor the awesome editing or graphics, nor some of the lovable characters. But it really is very bb7 right now. We can only hope it continues down that road right?

But without the interesting characters and the gritty feeling this could really come off as a cheap knock off of that series. Be careful 5.

I disagree, I loved the whole series. :bigsmile: I think it was my favourite, BB7 or BB3, can't decide which.
Anyway, yeah, i'm liking this series too. I hope it can keep up throughout its run.

Yeah, without Grace it was a bit ****, except for Aisleyne.

This just a rehash with Anton as Sezer and Rebeckah playing the role of Grace.

I think if you enjoyed BB7 from start to finish is down to if you enjoy Pete, Nikki and Ashlyene. Which I did for the most part. Hence why it's my joint fav with BB5.

But yeah that is what I was saying. It seems like its a carbon copy of that series. We need to get away from the shinny and get down to the real people. What made that series well rounded was the quiet moments with Glynn as well as the spin the bottle stuff. I really am missing the quieter, slower BB this year.

I asked about Shabaz, how the hell did he get clearance from the Psychiatrist. Apparently the Doctor was over ruled as Shab would "make good TV". Tells you the Producers mind set anyway! Must admit to being mega pissed off about Rebekah, one minute man hating (substitute black or gay and see how far you get) then letting whatshisname in her knickers.

But I have watched most the clips I can online and I think its pretty bad. Not as bad as CBB and I'd give it a chance if I could but as good as BB7, no.

Well of you want to mention Glynn you might as well mention Jennie who made him a little more interesting with their late conversations on live stream.

Really the original cast of 7 and 8 was quite boring for me, this one may well be similar as I already said elsewhere.

Just because you have watched a few clips online and judged them to be bad doesnt mean this series is bad at all.

I didn't say it was bad. I just said it wouldn't be up to BB7 standard. And the clips online are pretty much the whole episodes without editing anyway?

Yes it does in my opinion. However as I supposedly can't judge a series on online clips then I never actually said the whole series was 'bad'.
