Now there are a lot of people who complain about BB (myself included) and how it's being ruined, dull, and frankly a little naff. Then you get half of you that say that if we don't like it then we should not bother watching anymore, but what you fail to realise is that the more of us that stop watching the quicker BB will be cancelled.

So maybe channel 5 should listen to more of their viewers/fans as opposed to seemingly wanting to drive them away.

It just bugs me that everytime someone has a negative comment, a few people get all uppity and tell you to ****** off and stop watching.

What's more naff I think is some of the things people complain over, and how ridiculously they take some of the conspiracy theories.

I know, I've seen a few people respond to posts like 'it's rubbish' with '****** off, stop watching then you t**t' and just basic rude comments.

I'm gonna start infracting them instead of just deleting them from now on.

Big Brother no longer caters to the audience that has watched it for years. They're turning it into something else clearly aimed at a much younger audience. Long-standing fans feel cheated and are switching off in droves. That's sad... I don't want to see it end, but if it carries on the way it's going right now, I will be switching off.

I like this years so far, its growing on me more and more after each day.

Just wish there was a live feed and certain points of the day as i dont feel like we are getting enough viewing time of husemates to really get to know them.

Why not delete the posts saying 'it's rubbish' then we don't have this problem.

The posts saying 'stop watching' shouldnt be deleted because its peoples opinions but i agree the abusive posts take it too far

Why not delete the posts saying 'it's rubbish' then we don't have this problem.

Because people are allowed to have their opinion, which isn't insulting other members.

There was me stupidly thinking being rude and insulting members was punishable by being infracted. :conf:

I have to agree with the premise though: don't watch it if all you are going to do is moan ..... but also: do understand that the moaners are adding to the viewing figures. Sits firmly on fence.

I disagree, if youre gonna moan and claim you dont enjoy it, dont watch.

Maybe if the ratings fell too low they would finally listen to the big needs.

I don't care if it's cancelled to be honest, I just want to enjoy it while we have it.

If somebody isn't enjoying, the normal thing to do is switch off, forget about BB and do something else with their life. Obsessing over a show they don't enjoy anymore makes zero sense. Plus, it's rude when they try to force others into agreeing with them, and act as if anybody who doesn't agree isn't a real BB fan.

Why shouldnt people moan about it?

They may be disappointed with the series, having gone through the rollercoaster of emotions, (I love that cliche, its so oversued aint it?), following the announcement of its cancellation by C4 and so on.

Its a fair and valid point of view to hold, they are genuinely disappointed with the way C5 are airng it etc. A forum would get fairly boring if all views were the same.
