I say that, but its naive to think people who vote are that strategic.
If people feel so strongly, that they want to pick up the phone and vote, they are not gonna vote for someone they dislike, truly. I like Rebecca as a housemate, but I wouldnt pick up the phone to vote to save her. You dont want to use your money to help her in any ways. People will only vote, if they have a chance to evict someone that they really dislike, or to save their favorites.
