We would know if we had Live Feed.

And that is the truth, I remember in BB7, BB6 and BB9 they came up with little chants or songs and stuff, or even nicknames - and it felt like you were 'in on it' if you watched it on Live Streaming when they first came up with the chant/nickname/song.

So who knows how the Willy chant came about?

I like it though LOL.
