There are several scales of IQ. Mensa (http://www.mensa.org.uk/iq-levels/), the high IQ society, only admits people in the top 2%. The actual IQ level depends on which scale has been used. 2% equates to IQs above the following levels:

Cattell III B - 148
Culture Fair - 132
Ravens Advanced Matrices - 135
Ravens Standard Matrices - 131
Wechsler Scales - 132

But on any of these scales, 160 would easily qualify for Mensa.
