My mum writes up a list of dinners we have at the start of the week.
Monday - Friday this week we have..

Monday - Chicken and Rice with sweet and sour sauce. (rest of family chicken curry)
Tuesday - Beef Stirfry and Noodles
Wednesday - Chicken and Pasta with Tomato and Marscapone sauce
Thursday - Tuna and Baked Potato with salad
Friday - Chicken Strips, New Potatoes and Vegetables.

All fresh cooked no packet stuff.

Always have good meals.

Along with having Packet pasta / tuna/ chicken/ eggs for lunch every day lol.
