They had been ignoring each other all day so I really don't see why Tom would have to acknowledge him after nominations were revealed - especially considering he probably nominated Aaron himself so wouldn't want to seem two faced.

Ok you may nominate someone, but they all have to do it, you can still shake someones hand though after you find out your nominee went up for eviction.Sportsmen, especially rugby players, can punch stamp and grab balls on the pitch but they ALWAYS shake their oponents hand after the result.
