I think it's perfectly acceptable to nominate someone you're not comfortable to live with. The problem is, the Highlights Shows are not making it very clear why Louise feels that way about Maisy.

I didn't see any of the Maisy stuff happening until some clips on the youtube page which I can't view anymore. Maisy and Louise don't seem close and we've never seen them talking one on one before so I think it's a fair reason to nominate somebody.

from what I can see Maisy sees Louise's hairstyle and then copies it

maybe Maisy does stare and copy Louise but BigBro is just not showing

Yeah, if housemates don't tell others that they're doing something annoying, how are they expected to know it bothers them. Maisy might not even be aware it's a problem, she probably sees Louise as quite stylish and wants to copy her look. Seems perfectly normal to me.
