DAY 19-Tonight: Housemates are set their "Man vs Beast task, where they will have to compete against the worlds best gorilla impersonator, yes really!, in a series of simple challenges.

Housemates will also be feeling the effects of another round of nominations, which sees, Arden, Aaron and Heaven face the chop.
