Sunshine is supposed to make people happier, right? Well it certainly has a positive effect on Big Brother. The main man of the house was feeling very generous and wanted to spoil our housemates but of course there is always a catch.
Pink lady Alex was called to the dairy room and Big Brother offered her a chance to win the ingredients for a BBQ. It was 28 degrees in Elstree studios and what could be nicer than that? Big Brother explained to the Blonde that they were going to ask her five questions about the plastic icon Barbie. Alex was not feeling too confident about her knowledge of Barbie trivia and said, “I’m not gonna know that much.” Big Brother reassured her by telling her, “Big Brother believes in you.” Alex aced through the first three questions, which included ‘What is Barbie’s date of birth?’ and ‘What career did Barbie take up: palaeontologist, botanist or bio-mechanics?’ Amazingly Alex correctly guessed palaeontologist, although she did struggle to pronounce it. Alex gave herself a verbal pat on the back and proudly announced, “I actually know a lot about Barbie.” Big Brother was really impressed and told her the ingredients for the BBQ will be delivered shortly.
Alex left the diary room and told her housemates that she had won them a BBQ. Tom and Jay were both surprised she knew so much about Barbie and Alex and proudly told them Barbie was a physiologist. Hang on, wasn’t she a palaeontologist? Alex jokingly said to protein mad Jay, “the meats coming, Jay!” Heaven then hugged the winner who can’t believe she’d done so well.
While chatting to Mark Alex stated, “Barbie is one of the smartest people in the world.” Mark responded, “You do know she is plastic don’t you?”
Right this minute the housemates are enjoying their meat-fest. Aaron has taken on the role of alpha-male and is the chef of the BBQ. Harry is on the condiments and Jay, well, he is ogling the meat. The sun is still shining, the charcoal is smoking but will this little treat ease any pre-eviction tensions?
I hate it when they play obvious favorites. Half of the others havent even had a secret task at all yet :rolleyes:
