Well if all women are so jealous, then why have the last three normal series BB winners been female and past female winners have mostly been lookers? So the jealous theory thrown at us so often whenever a female housemate is evicted makes no sense really :D Maybe everytime a good looking male housemate gets evicted, we should call the male voters jealous :joker: Scrub that, BB has been quite devoid of good looking male housemates for the most part :(

Agree with every word. Problem with some is that they throw the jealous card around (or just go about insulting forum members) because they have nothing worthwhile to say in defence of the housemate - usually because they often are driven more by what's between their legs rather than their heads.

As a straight male (not that orientation should make any difference) i find that in big brother year after year i always find aggressive angry young women always attract my ire first then over emotional types.

Within the first two days Rebeckah and Tashie had already annoyed me enough that i had seen enough i wanted rid of Rebeckah and Tashie straight away and was certain that would be the case and it was during the wait Anton,Aden and to a slightly lesser extent Aaron had annoyed me just as much but the most annoying females just seem to jump to attention quicker than the males in the house too i dont know why but they just always do.
(I wish Aden had gone instead of Heaven)

So i can see the jealous female theory is rubbish just from my own history with BB and why it must annoy some people.

Maybe the type of female that wants to do BB is a more aggressive less guarded type of person than your average woman that tends to go headlong into it just charging in not stopping to think about perception.

I dont know but just for the record personally its nearly always a couple of females that i want out first.

The last three winners have been women but I think it is fair to say that female viewers judge female housemates more harshly at the beginning.

I don't think that's fair at all. If you want to generalise, it could be said that women have more intuition, where men can take things at face value....therefore women aren't harsh, just less easily fooled

My point isnt really about blaming females for the voting outcome, it was more about saying jealousy is the reason for the outcome. And for how we judge the characters. I actually think its quite ignorant to assume that just because someone is female they are driven by their hormones.
