This whole sentence is ungrammatical, but in particular the bit in bold - think about it. People in glass houses, etc.

A beautiful person should be beautiful on the inside as well as looks, but Faye is lacking in that department imo, the way she playes with peoples heads, maybe she's just a bit young and imature.
