View Full Version : Wise Words from The Irrepressible Darkhorse
Irrepressible Dark Horse - Marcus Akin
Anton seriously has to be the most deluded HM in the history of BB. He's repulsive.

Marcus was intentionally funny, unfortunately some of the audience weren't wise enough to realise that.

I agree with him. To be fair, it's not just Aaron. Anton is equally as repulsive too. Both are arrogant and smug. Both are playing a game which, to be fair, they both said they would in their VTs.

I never watched BB10, so no idea what sort of housemate Marcus was, but agree with him about Anton being deluded :D

So true - loved Marcus but to appreciate his humour you really had to watch the live feed for his one liners - Marcus and Sree in the Ice Cream task were hilarious I thought.

Sort of ironic coming from Marcus despite him being my favourite HM of 2009.

I am sure Marcus still voted to save Anton a few times.

Agree, you could see it in his eyes that the bravado in the DR was a bit of a funny schtick, but unfortunately people didn't see that and his attraction to Noirin didn't help. BB10 was the year all my favourites failed to reach the final (Marcus, Freddie, Angel plus bitchy Bea was good value, too).

I'm not fan of Marcus but totally agree with him on this one.
Is this the same Marcus that thought he was put in the house for the same reason as Sophie (someone for viewers to perve over) and the same Marcus that genuinely thought he had a chance with Noirin? :laugh2:

That's my point too.
He was just a piece of meat like Karly and Sophie.
