Remember when Jay wrote that message for Louise under the pillow, it says in the rules
If housemates attempt to communicate without the cameras or microphones recording the communication (e.g. tampering with microphones, writing secret messages, mouthing words off-camera) or if they try to tamper with, or cover recording equipment, then Big Brother reserves the right to expel them from the House.

I noticed these rules on Big Blagger (http://www.bigblagger.co.uk/the-rules/)

I know, but it wasn't a "secret message" was it, and if they threw him out for writing a love note out of tin foil, just when things were hotting up with louise then they probably would have looked pretty stupid

You're forgetting the most important rule of all - Big Brother has the right to change the rules at any time.

He wasn't doing anything underhand though, he openly told some of the others about it so tbf, much as I dont like him, its not a rule break in my book.
