big brother saw its lowwest ever audience last night only 886k whats going on is the show sinking it was on straight after the xfactor i should have picked up some of the veiwers but it just didint and thats what dissapoints me the most.

It's always the same on a Saturday night.

Now the X Factor is in full swing, the Xtra show is always going to be a big competitor on Saturday nights.

It's always the same on a Saturday night.

Now the X Factor is in full swing, the Xtra show is always going to be a big competitor on Saturday nights.

That only got 605k though, and got beaten by Foyle's War on ITV3 and Live at the Apollo on BBC3, Big Brother was up against Die Hard 2 on C4 though, and that did well, but even so it's still quite depressing ratings for C5

That's what I think. I was in London yesterday and there were lots of people out and about.

Oh, I thought the Xtra show would have been much higher ratings with the main show being such a hit. (Not that I've even seen what the Xtra is about:blush::hugesmile:)

The ratings are always poor on Saturdays.

Friday had the highest ratings in a while, so it's definitely not sinking.

It was actually the best Saturday show of the series I can remember as well.

I was having a huge facebook arguement a few days ago with some numpty who was trying to tell me that the figures had been below 500k for the past week(was one of the LF nutjobs that constantly post on the BB videos just to moan). I KNEW I was right :laugh:

No reason to be fussed. The eviction ratings on Friday were the best they've been since the first eviction. Saturdays always get the worst ratings. A) Many people view it as just being a recap of what happened Friday, B) Most people aren't sitting at home by the tv on a Saturday night, they are out or with friends.

It those ratings happened during the week, then that would be something to worry about.

Just under 10 million watched the x-factor which kind of suggests people were watching tv in numbers :idc:

Never really understood this bit, it's a completely new show with the exception of the couple of minutes where they repeat the eviction
