Are the production team up to their old tricks and selecting a "Chosen One"

In previous series of Big Brother it became obvious that the production team wanted a specific housemate to win, mostly to tick some PC box or for other reasons.

The most blatant one in my opinion was in BB3 when the chosen one was to be Alex, and it seemed they pulled out all the stops to ensure that happened, but in the end we all pushed to get Kate to the winners podium.

There are others I could mention, but instead of going over old ground, do we think this is happening again?

YES!! They want Jay to win by a million miles...

The show was all about him and Loo last night... they never showed his 2 day strop over food, his mood swings affecting the house (thank GOD Maisy mentioned that last night on BOTS!!) or his "freezer-gate" crap...

When Aaron's in a mood that's all they show!! Unfair and biased editing in the way of one housemate over the others... bloody disgusting!! :nono:

Not really, it's a lot more obvious that they want Alex to win, hence why she's always shown positively and why she's now a huge odds on favourite after being something like 15/1 at the start while Jay has only seen his odds drift

Agreed. I can't see how anyone can think Jay is more favored than Alex.

Though I do think Jay is favored a bit himself.

Even JayMcKray.com and Jay fans on Twitter and FB are admitting this! Go to FB BB and his fans are saying things like 'why can't they let Jay's natural personality shine through without assistance' (because his real personality is shining through!!!)

I don't see how people think Alex is the producers favourite just because she's favourite to win at the bookies, they've cut her screentime down more and more these past 2 weeks and Jay has had quite a lot of screentime and they've somehow managed to edit out a lot of the cr*p he's done (no pun intended) like the freezer incident.

If Jay is the chosen one, and Alex gets to much popularity, watch them do what they did to Michelle Bass.

She was felled by a whispering campaign on various forums. They edited to make her look insanely jealous and insane and then put all the housemates up for nomination.

Surprise - surprise she was evicted to give Nadia the BB5 chosen one a free pass to the top spot.

So Alex may be bookies favourite, but that means she will be out on Friday to protect the chosen one. (Assuming it is Jay)

Until we know for sure what's happening in this BB twist, we can't say for sure.

But I think if they are putting the possible outcome on who remains in the house in the hands of two HM's for no apparent reason other than "lets spice things up" (..ahem..favouritism...), then yes there there's definitely a "chosen one"!

It was horrible Michelle Bass went from Favourite then 2 weeks later evicted due to the edit so Nadia could win D: (I liked Nadia in BB5, but Michelle >>)
